At Trak Racer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance racing gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all bolts, tools, and assembly manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Trak Racer

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated regional warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
